What kind of deposit do you require?
We require 100% down on orders under $500. On everything else we require 50% down. Ask us about discounts on jobs over $500, you might be surprised what you could save.
If I bring my logo in on a disc, CD or flash drive, what format works best?
The best format for any signage is a vector file. If that is not available to you, the next best thing is a high resolution .pdf or .jpg. Depending on your needs and the design of the sign, other formats are usable as well. We will discuss in more detail what we need when you call or come in to place your order.
Can you make a sign from a digital photograph?
Yes, and we often do! The higher resolution/pixels the photograph has, the better your digital image will turn out. We can discuss this in more detail if desired. We will always let you know if the file you provide will work or not before the order is completed though.
I see many vehicles completely covered in advertising, can SIGN*A*RAMA provide this service?
Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our sales team inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote. If you have a design in mind or files already on hand, they are always helpful. The more information we have when we are giving you a quote, the more accurate we can be with the estimate.
If I have special color requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can SIGN*A*RAMA do this?
Yes. Depending on the type of sign and its uses, we can match the color and/or design to your needs.
Do I need a permit for my sign?
You may or may not. We will be able to help you better once we hear from you on what your sign needs are and where you are located in the valley. These are all factors on whether you need permits or not.
If I am getting lettering/branding installed on my vehicle how long will it take?
Most vehicle graphics can be installed in less than one business day. If you are looking for a vehicle wrap, it could take a couple of days depending the size of the vehicle.
Can my sign be delivered?
Yes, we can deliver your signs.
Does SIGN*A*RAMA create trade show booths and graphics?
Yes. We can customize them, or sell you pre-fabricated, travel booths.
What is the largest sign I could order from a SIGN*A*RAMA full service sign center?
There are no signs too large for us!
