Ray Titus
CEO, United Franchise Group and SIGNARAMA Founder
Ray Titus, President of United Franchise Group and its affiliated companies is the son of franchise pioneer Roy Titus, founder of Minuteman Press International,Inc., who along with Ray co-founded SIGNARAMA.

"JT" Jim Tatem
President
Jim is the President of SIGNARAMA. He is one of the company’s first employees and started his company career by running the pilot SIGNARAMA store in 1986. Jim was instrumental in creating and running the early training classes, store set-ups, research and development and field support programs for SIGNARAMA. Over the years, Jim has managed several departments in the company and has been influential with the organization’s global expansion and support programs. In addition to his active involvement in the International Franchise Association, Jim is a member of the International Sign Association, Digital Print Imaging Association, Rotary – West Palm Beach Chapter and is currently working on a book series titled "How To: Life."

David Cary
General Counsel
Dave is General Counsel for United Franchise Group, where he handles all legal matters for the companies of United Franchise Group. Prior to joining the company in 2001, Dave worked for 19 years in a Detroit law firm as an associate and then partner. He also worked as legal counsel and chief assistant to the Lee County (FL) Tax Collector for four years. Dave is a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary for Franchisors Association of Florida. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan.

Brenda Doblinger
Director of Training
Brenda Doblinger is the Director of Training for UNITED FRANCHISE GROUP in the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CEE) located at the West Palm Beach home office. Brenda is responsible for providing franchisees with the education and training support needed to create a strong foundation in their new business venture. Her certifications in training include Train the Trainer and Instructional Developer complemented with her operational and field training experience. Brenda supports the CEE’s mission statement which is, "To instill confidence, ignite potential and impart skills needed for individuals to excel."

Todd is the Chief Financial Officer at United Franchise Group and oversees Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Royalties.

Mary Mills
Corporate Marketing Director
Mary Mills brings a wide range of experience to every project she leads. She’s successfully served as a news manager, entrepreneur, writer, producer, and public relations & marketing professional.
Most recently, Mills is using her skills as the Corporate Marketing Director at United Franchise Group where she is responsible for developing and managing the image of the company’s five International brands, including SIGNARAMA and EmbroidMe. She evaluates and implements marketing programs to grow both retail sales for franchisees and franchise sales for the company.
Previously, she was the owner of Mills Media. With this venture, she is published the quarterly magazine for Palm Beach County’s Business Development Board, and worked extensively on projects for the Paragon Foundation of Palm Beach county, as well as other non-profit and production company clients.
With a strong foundation in journalism and television broadcasting, Mills developed skills as a writer, producer reporter and anchor on two West Palm Beach television stations. She expanded on those skills as she developed original programming for the PAX-TV Network with a national daily financial show,. Mills launched the show and oversaw every aspect of the operation while also hosting a daily segment on consumer oriented market news. She was featured on CNN, TV Guide and various other news outlets around the country.

Scott Mast
Director of Retail Marketing
Scott Mast has been a member of United Franchise Group since 2000. He has been in the sign industry since 1992. Scott had worked with all brands in the company within the fields of Business Development, Marketing, and Support. Currently, Scott is the Director of United Franchise Group’s Retail Marketing serving franchisees in over 50 countries including units in India, Russia, China and Africa. Scott has the distinction of having personally visited over 600 of our individual franchise units. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. Scott was raised in Colorado.

Erin Crawford
Director of Franchise Development
Erin Crawford a business development professional with experience in marketing, event planning, sales, public relations, and project management.
She currently serves as the Director of Franchise Development at United Franchise Group and is responsible for the growth and development for SIGNARAMA, EmbroidMe, Billboard Connection, Plan Ahead Events, and Transworld Business Advisors. She develops and executes strategies for the domestic growth of franchise sales and seeks the highest level of new candidates to continuously strengthen and grow each brand with successful franchisees.
Prior to engaging her role at UFG in March of 2011, she worked in marketing, public relations, and business development. She played an integral role during the franchising process of an independent and successful start-up construction-based company in West Palm Beach, FL. Previous career experience also includes marketing for Chick-fil-A and business development for a local non-profit museum. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Florida Atlantic University.

Tony Foley
Vice President, Global Sales
Tony is President of World Franchisor an affiliated brand of United Franchise Group. He assists franchise organizations effectively penetrate global markets. Tony started with the company in 1987 and has had a number of roles prior to his position with World Franchisor. In addition to being honored by UFG with the prestigious “Rock” award for exemplary service, Tony has been awarded Certified Franchise Executive status by the International Franchise Association. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Sean Oatney
Director of Sales
Sean is Director of Sale at United Franchise Group, where he is responsible for managing all regional vice presidents, regional managers both domestically and globally as well as the overall sales of franchise units globally. Prior to joining the company in 2003, Sean owned a business consulting company. He started with the UFG in 2003 as a field marketing representative and within six months was promoted to Regional Vice President where he remained for four years until his promotion to Director of Sales. He attended Columbus College of Art & Design as well as Ohio University for Business Administration and was a Ranger in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm.

Paula Weir
Director of Shared Services
Paula is the Director of Shared Services for the United Franchise Group. She has been with the company for more than four years and is responsible for overseeing the internal operations of the organization as well as the new store start-up process. Paula has extensive global travel experience and brings her wealth of knowledge to her position at United Franchise Group. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Liberty University.
